			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As a web designer, this is one the most handy freeware programs I have discovered.  This little gem let&#8217;s you pick from some of the top designers menu designs, customize the links for your site, and download the html and css you need to install them on your site. </p>
<p>Sometimes even a designer needs a menu quick and easy.  This does the job in spades.  The only feature that I wish that it had is dropdown submenus. But &#8211; only one level of nav is available&#8230;  probably because of the need for javascript to create a dropdown.</p>
