Online Ringtone Creator

I was doing a quick google search for an MP3 ringtone converter and I came across an online tool that will do the job! NO need to download and install yet another piece of software.

You can upload an MP3 up to convert or just enter a url of one on the internet. Check it out.

Free Vector Art

It looks like this site is relatively new, but I am always on the lookout for free vector art. There is already a nice selection of background elements, icons, and other design elements. Check out QVectors.com

  • “101 Fantastic Freebies” from the May 2008 issue of PC World.
  • “The Best Free Software” from the March 2008 issue of PC Magazine.

Instant CSS Menu Creator

As a web designer, this is one the most handy freeware programs I have discovered.  This little gem let’s you pick from some of the top designers menu designs, customize the links for your site, and download the html and css you need to install them on your site.

Sometimes even a designer needs a menu quick and easy.  This does the job in spades.  The only feature that I wish that it had is dropdown submenus. But – only one level of nav is available…  probably because of the need for javascript to create a dropdown.
